I know that I deserve to be happy. I recognize that my body is important, and I must respect it. I look after my physical well-being by making sure I eat food that allows me to function and shine.
I exercise and am thankful for all of the incredible processes that my body carries out. I know I am incredibly fortunate to have the freedom to do whatever I want.
I look after my mental health. I take time to listen to my thoughts and make sure that I have all the tools I need to thrive.
