Shut Off Comparison

I first got into fitness in college and then REALLY got into it after my first child. I was the fittest I’ve ever been six months postpartum. The problem? It wasn’t good enough. As life moved us and I had another baby, my body changed again. My time was more constrained. HOW TO SHOW LOVE TO YOUR HUSBAND THROUGHOUT THE DAY

Being intentional about showing love to your husband does not have to be something else to add to your to-do list or another task to overwhelm you in all your existing busyness. Instead, it can be as simple as walking throughout a typical day for your husband and doing little things here and there to show him how much you love him.

March is Women’s History Month in the United States, a time in which Americans focus on the many contributions women have made in the past.

The observance has its federal roots in a February 1980 proclamation by President Jimmy Carter meant to celebrate “National Women’s History Week” during the week of March 8, which is International Women’s Day. It became an official annual month celebration by an act of Congress in 1987.

Through the centuries, women have made substantial and various contri

Buying expensive perfume doesn’t ensure success. Just like a good suit, you should be able to “wear” a good perfume, at least this is what professional perfumers say. When you don’t know how to use your favorite perfume you just waste it without getting the effect you’re hoping for. You might even scare people away with your smell.

The Now I've Seen Everything team has found out the main secret to using perfumes and wants to share them with you.

If you’ve ever visited an art gallery, chances are you’ve seen Fanny’s face before. Born in 1835, Fanny moved to London where her striking beauty caught the attention of many artists at the time. She modelled for countless paintings, some of which were exhibited in the Royal Academy. In 19th century art, black people were rarely portrayed in a positive light and Fanny rea

The athletes, former athletes and coaches had gathered at Temple University to tell war stories. But the conversation wasn’t about diving catches or buzzer beaters, heated rivalries or fearsome opponents. Instead, they detailed the other defining aspect of their playing days: what it felt like to compete while black and female on the tracks, fields and courts of America.

They talked about the need to find a supportive community and the feeling of always havin
