You are AMAZING.

You are CAPABLE.

It’s so easy to get down on yourself because of comparisonitis or wondering why your last venture, meeting, post, email, or event didn’t go as well as you had planned.

It’s tempting to give up altogether-but don’t. Everyone goes through highs and lows whether you are an entrepreneur or at a corporate job.

But when everything doesn’t go exactly as you had planned, don’t let this change what you think about yourself.

You have accomplished

I want to let you know you are doing a great job fathers of this great nation and worldwide, but there is more to be accomplished with our time here. We must beat the drum for Championship Fathering! As you know God has called us fathers to do more than stand on the sidelines and watch our families fall apart and fail. It truly is time for all us fathers to plant our feet in the ground and make a stand to guide the physical, mental, and spiritual destiny of our families. So

Dad was a "man's man:" A passionate fisherman; skilled woodworker; avid gun collector; grease monkey. In the summers, he and his buddies would drive to Canada and spend days fishing for bass and trout. He could build and repair cabinetry like a professional. His collection of World War II-era guns was something he prized. He rebuilt a Corvair engine in our basement. When I think of what a prototypical American dad is supposed to be, I think of my Dad.

(RNS) — Chadwick Boseman, who was most known for playing the superhero in the title role of “Black Panther,” was a person of faith from childhood who shared biblical wisdom along the path of his career.

The actor, who also portrayed baseball great Jackie Robinson, civil rights lawyer Thurgood Marshall, and singer/dancer James Brown, died at age 43 on Friday (Aug. 28), after being diagnosed with colon cancer in 2016.

From the impression he left on a pastor of his youth to his own words at

One day, as I was thinking of some different areas that frustrated me about my life, I came to a startling conclusion. Many of my so-called problems were simply a lack of self-discipline. I made a little list of improvements to incorporate. Maybe something here will help you, too. These may seem
oversimplified, but sometimes I need to get back to simplicity!

1. Regular Bedtime and Wake-up time.

When I work during the week, I am forced to comply with this. But as a teacher,

Daily Devotional: Love -vs- Sex

Love Love Love Love So Lovely...

There's more to sex than mere skin on skin.
Sex is as much spiritual mystery as physical fact.
As written in Scripture, "The two become one."
Since we want to become spiritually one with the Master,
we must not pursue the kind of sex that avoids commitment
and intimacy, leaving us more lonely than ever—
the kind of sex that can never "become one."
There is a sense in which sexual sins are different from all others.
In sexual sin we violate the sacredness of

"There was once a man who had two sons. The younger said to his father, 'Father, I want right now what's coming to me. So the father divided the property between them.
It wasn't long before the younger son packed his bags and left for a distant country. There, undisciplined and dissipated, he wasted everything he had. After he had gone through all his money, there was a bad famine all through that country and he began to hurt. He signed on with a citizen there who assigned him to his fields

Daily Devotional: For You....

If you've gotten anything at all out of following Christ,
if his love has made any difference in your life,
if being in a community of the Spirit means anything to you,
if you have a heart, if you care— then do me a favor:
Agree with each other, love each other, be deep-spirited friends.
Don't push your way to the front;
don't sweet-talk your way to the top.
Put yourself aside, and help others get ahead.
Don't be obsessed with getting your own advantage.
Forget yourselves long enough to lend

But when the Pharisees heard that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees,
they gathered themselves together. One of them, a lawyer,
asked Him a question, testing Him,
"Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?"
And He said to him, "
"This is the great and foremost commandment.

How To Eat To Live Part 3 : Poultry and Sweets By Prince Malachi

The last level and the smallest is red meat. Beef, goat, mutation, lamb, and venison should only be eaten a few times a month. Yeah I know, I know. That's tough, It’s hard for me too. Remember, when it comes to the Mediterranean  Diet you are encouraged to eat more fruit, vegetables, and whole grains and less red meat, animal products, refined carbohydrates, saturated fats, and hydrogenated fats. Daily Devotional: Show Him Off!!

"Here's another way to put it: You're here to be light, bringing out the God-colors in the world. God is not a secret to be kept. We're going public with this, as public as a city on a hill. If I make you light-bearers, you don't think I'm going to hide you under a bucket, do you? I'm putting you on a light stand. Now that I've put you there on a hilltop, on a light stand—shine! Keep open house; be generous with your lives. By opening up to others, you'll prompt people to open up with God, th

Life As A Proverbs 31 Woman

by Kathie Thomas

Throughout 2006 I decided to do a study on Proverbs 31 via a blog. It was partly an exercise to practice using the software and I'd always wanted to explore this book in greater details so combining the two seemed an ideal way to do it. I had no idea that the blog would end up being a very popular one which still draws in thousands of visitors every month a year after I began writing it.

During the course of doing this study it became clear to me that the Proverbs 31 Woman a

Ok let's keep it all the way onehunnit. Nowadays people could care less about knowing Yah and loving Him for real.  People just want to live how they want. In an interview to support his new album Jesus Piece, The Game said he should be able to wake up and smoke a blunt, then go to church and from church go to a strip club and it’s all good. See nowadays people only care about material things. And that’s even leaked into the church. You have preachers and teachers that teach that you can have c

Daily Devotional: This Is His Show?

You adulterous people, don't you know that friendship with the world is hatred toward God? Anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God. Or do you think Scripture says without reason that the spirit he caused to live in us envies intensely? But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says:
"God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble." Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near

There is not a marriage counselor, self-help book, or marriage retreat that can save a marriage as much as the Bible. God’s Word is equipped to provide help for whatever circumstances we face while married.

Here are ten verses that can help to save and heal your struggling marriage. They are verses to remind us what love is and what God has created in your union with your spouse.

1. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

“Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not pu

All praise, honor and glory be-long
To the God who's strong with authority
He's matchless, this rap is lyrically graphic
Cause it's a tactic to speak truth so you can grasp it
(The Tonic)
If you can grasp this
You can live in fullness in between your birth date and your death date
Where the dash is
And your casket or your fancy grave brick
Can be the hot spot where the cherubim sit
'Til the Father says, "Roll back the stone bring him to the thrown,
Yea, cause where He laid his heart is his ho
