In today's economy, it is not always easy to determine where you and your family should live. There are factors that should be considered. Population, crime, unemployment rate, and future projections of the city are all important things to consider. Whether you are looking for a change or you are struggling trying to make a work move decision, we have put a list together of the top cities to live in. Hopefully, a few of these places will be just what you are looking for.

1. Louisville, Colorado. If you love mountains and are looking for a quiet, safe environment, then this city is perfect for you. CNN money ranked this city as the number 1 best city to live in for 2011. It has the lowest crime rate for all of Colorado and an unemployment rate of 6.3%. Jobs availability range from aerospace to healthcare. Mortgage rates have also stayed constant since 2005.

2. Milton, Massachusetts. Moving across to the East Coast you can find this suburb of Boston. With home prices also not changing from 2005 and a below the national average unemployment rate, this city is a remarkable find. The school system is rated one of the best and job seekers can enjoy nearby Boston to open the playing field.

3. Leesburg, Virginia. Traveling further down we find this town nestled close to the Maryland border. For those looking to work in Washington DC but not wanting to live in the city, this town is perfect. The unemployment rate is the best so far on our list coming in at a 4.1%.

4. Hanover, New Hampshire. Keeping with the low unemployment rates, this small town is home to the prestigious Dartmouth College. If working for the college or in the medical center sounds like what you would like to do, then this city is for you. The trade off however, is that the mortgage rates tend to be on the higher end for this town.

5. Farmington, Utah. Traveling back across the country sits this town. Located near Salt Lake City, job seekers can search the big city jobs while residing in a smaller town. This city boasts having some of the best mortgage rates and lowest taxes of some of the cities on our list.

There are plenty of places to live in the United States, but only you can choose what city is best for you. When looking for your next city, make sure to account for the mortgage rates, crime statistics, and even the education system. Have a list of non negotiables in place and you will be one step closer to finding you next dream location.

Steve Jobs: Artisan Techie Titan

Renegade, revolutionary, re inventor, Steve Jobs transformed the mundane world of technology into the realm of art.

Endowed with a charismatic towering ego, boundless creativity, and a flair for showmanship, Steve Jobs was on a mission to change the world. He was quite comfortable being in the company of such celebrities like Mick Jagger, Andy Warhol, Joan Baez and Maya Lin, and were it not for his abrasive personality, he quite possible would have been on the Time's Man of the Year cover. Mr. Jobs understanding of social trends was remarkably uncanny and who knew how to make better gadgets that were smart, elegant, simple and very user friendly. Alan Deutschman in his book: 'The Second Coming of Steve Jobs' had this memorable line: "He succeeded in becoming the Jackie Kennedy Onassis of business and technology"

Jobs remaking of Pixar Studio was in itself quite epic, but his lasting legacy will be with Apple and the trans formative products that he gave birth to. The product development was painstaking with its losses and failures, but Jobs focus and determination saw them through as he wisely changed his strategy from hardware to software and content. Mr. Jobs leadership and power of example made Apple into a renegade culture that overturned the music industry with its iPod, iTunes and iTunes Music Store launches. With user-friendly designs and interfaces, he single handed reinvented the PC industry and was in excellent position to later on challenge Microsoft's stranglehold in the personal computers market.

Mr. Jobs was a rebel very on in life who had a taste for misbehavior, but also was fascinated with electronics. His cultural horizons were broadened with the hippie lifestyle generation and dabbling in Zen eastern spiritualism. He even once traveled to India wearing nothing but rags as he blended in with that country's teeming population. Coming back to California, he teemed up with Steve Wozniak in a business venture that built and sold "blue boxes" to make free long distance phone calls for users. It was in 1976 that Jobs with Wozniak began a computer business for hobbyists that they named: Apple Computer.

It was in showmanship and presentation that Mr. Jobs truly excelled. Using stage props, slides and an inspired script, he blew away audiences time and time again with his product launches. He became the envy of every Hollywood studio and shocking the corporate world with their entrenched business advertising models. The concept behind these presentations were simple slide shows but with very high impact visuals. Powerful in its efficiency and commanding attention, the imagery had even less words than a power point slide, but it had explosive mass marketing appeal. Making it 'more alive' as Jobs would like to say, required considerable practice and orchestration beforehand.

Mr. Jobs became a very wealthy man, but monetary gain was never his primary motivation, as he knew very well the descent into debasement that transpires every time monetary goals become paramount. His passion was in changing and enriching people's lives even with something as small as an iPod and done with a business model that reduces emphasis on technicality and giving credence and value to artistic expression so that a brand name can actually stand for something in this day and age. "To make the world a better place" was his motto, his creed, and his inspiration. May you rest in peace Steve Jobs.

There are many benefits to organic hair conditioners. They can bring life back to dry and damaged hair. There are many natural, organic products that are good for your hair. Organic products can help to revive your hair and scalp from years of harsh treatments. Organic products are more expensive but if you are concerned about harsh chemicals these products are a good choice for you.

There are many components in organic hair care products. Organic tea tree oil is a common ingredient. Beta glucan has immune enhancing agents and helps people with skin conditions. Aloe vera stimulates the growth of your hair and is an important component in hair growth. Coconut oil moisturizers and keeps the frizzes away. Organic shea butter gives hair the shine that we all crave. Most organic conditioners are full of natural mineral and herbal extracts and oils. The herbal extracts and oils add a nice scent to your conditioner. Some scents are not as good as others and you should make sure that you like the scent before ordering the product. Some scents can be strong.

There are many organic hair conditioners on the market. You can choose a product like Burt's Bees that offers natural ingredients and products at a reasonable price. Burt's Bees can be found at many retail stores. You can also choose a higher end product like Dermorganic or Rare El'ements. These products can also be purchased online.

Organic hair conditioner are beneficial because they are gentle on the skin and are free of irritants that can give you break outs. This is especially important if you have sensitive skin or a sensitive scalp. Many skin conditions such as eczema make your skin flaky and dry and organic products assist with this condition. Organic products are great for skin complications.

Many of the mainstream hair conditioners have toxic chemicals and are not good for your hair and skin. Organic products offer a toxic free alternative. They contain natural extracts without the harsh chemicals. They also provide extra vitamins and stimulate hair growth.

Most organic hair conditioners are not tested on animals and therefore you can rest assured that the inhumane treatment of animals was not practiced to test their product. This is a concern of many consumers and one of the reasons that many consumers choose to go the organic route.

Organic hair care products also do not have residue build up. If there is no residue build up then your hair will be shiny and lustrous. There will be no dull, lackluster hair for you.

Organic hair care conditioners are an environmentally good choice and many people make this choice to go green. Go green products are very popular now and will continue to be popular. Many people believe that organic products are the wave of the future. If you want beautiful, shiny hair and you want natural ingredients then organic products are right for you and your hair. You can feel good about your choice even if you have to pay a little more.
