Hello, everyone! Welcome to another #Motivationmonday blog post. Today, I want to share with you some tips and tricks to stay motivated and productive throughout the week. Whether you are working from home, studying for exams, or pursuing your passion projects, these tips will help you achieve your goals and feel good about yourself.

Tip 1: Set SMART goals. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. By setting SMART goals, you can break down your big dreams into smaller, manageable steps. This will help you track your progress, celebrate your achievements, and adjust your plans as needed.

Tip 2: Create a routine. Having a consistent routine can help you establish good habits and avoid distractions. Try to wake up and go to bed at the same time every day, eat healthy meals, exercise regularly, and schedule some time for yourself. A routine can also help you cope with stress and uncertainty by giving you a sense of control and stability.

Tip 3: Find your why. Knowing your purpose and motivation can help you stay focused and inspired. Ask yourself why you are doing what you are doing, and what impact you want to have on yourself and others. Remind yourself of your why every morning, and use it as a fuel to keep going.

Tip 4: Surround yourself with positive people. Having a supportive network of friends, family, mentors, or peers can make a huge difference in your motivation level. They can encourage you, challenge you, give you feedback, and celebrate with you. Seek out people who share your values and vision, and who inspire you to be your best self.

Tip 5: Reward yourself. Don't forget to acknowledge your efforts and accomplishments, no matter how big or small. Treat yourself to something that makes you happy, such as a movie night, a massage, or a new book. Rewarding yourself can boost your mood, increase your self-esteem, and reinforce your positive behavior.

I hope these tips will help you stay motivated and productive this week. Remember, you are capable of amazing things. You just need to believe in yourself and take action. Have a wonderful #Motivationmonday!

Hello, brothers in Christ! Welcome to another day of our Christian men's daily devotional. Today, we are going to talk about how to be a godly leader in your family, workplace, and community.

Being a leader is not easy, especially in a world that is full of challenges, temptations, and opposition. But God has called us to be leaders who follow His example and His commands. He has given us the responsibility and the privilege to influence others for His glory and their good.

So how can we be godly leaders? Here are three principles that can help us:

1. Love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. This is the first and greatest commandment (Mark 12:30). If we want to lead others well, we need to love God first and foremost. We need to seek Him daily in prayer, worship, and His Word. We need to obey Him and trust Him in every situation. We need to make Him our highest priority and our greatest delight.

2. Love your neighbor as yourself. This is the second greatest commandment (Mark 12:31). If we want to lead others well, we need to love them as God loves them. We need to treat them with respect, kindness, and compassion. We need to serve them and help them in their needs. We need to share the gospel with them and disciple them in their faith.

3. Lead by example. This is what Jesus did when He washed His disciples' feet (John 13:15). If we want to lead others well, we need to show them what it means to follow Christ. We need to model humility, integrity, courage, and faithfulness. We need to admit our mistakes and ask for forgiveness. We need to encourage others and pray for them.

Brothers, let us be godly leaders who honor God and bless others. Let us remember that we are not leading by our own strength or wisdom, but by the grace and power of God. Let us pray that He will guide us and use us for His purposes.

May God bless you today as you lead for Him!

Daily Devotional: Pray Hard Work Hard

Do you sometimes feel like your work is too hard or too boring? Do you struggle to find meaning or joy in your daily tasks? Do you wish you could have more balance and peace in your life?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this devotional is for you. In this blog post, we will explore how praying hard and working hard can help you grow closer to God and fulfill your purpose. We will also share some practical tips and scriptures to inspire you along the way.

Praying hard means that you communicate with God regularly and sincerely. You don't just say a quick prayer before a meal or a meeting, but you pour out your heart to Him in praise, thanksgiving, confession, and supplication. You listen to His voice and follow His guidance. You trust Him with your problems and your dreams.

Working hard means that you do your best in whatever you do, whether it's your job, your ministry, your family, or your hobbies. You don't just do the minimum or the easy things, but you challenge yourself and strive for excellence. You use your gifts and talents to serve others and glorify God. You honor Him with your attitude and your actions.

When you pray hard and work hard, you will experience many benefits. You will:

- Grow in your faith and knowledge of God

- Discover and fulfill your God-given purpose

- Enjoy more satisfaction and fulfillment in your work

- Overcome obstacles and difficulties with God's help

- Receive God's blessings and rewards

- Impact others with your testimony and influence

To help you pray hard and work hard, here are some tips and scriptures to remember:

- Start your day with prayer. Ask God to guide you, protect you, and empower you for the day ahead. Psalm 5:3 says, "In the morning, LORD, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly."

- Dedicate your work to God. Offer your work as an act of worship and service to Him. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."

- Seek God's wisdom and guidance. Ask God to show you what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

- Work with integrity and excellence. Do your work honestly, faithfully, and skillfully. Proverbs 22:29 says, "Do you see someone skilled in their work? They will serve before kings; they will not serve before officials of low rank."

- Be grateful and content. Thank God for the opportunity and privilege to work. Be satisfied with what He has given you and don't compare yourself with others. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 says, "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."

- Rest and refresh. Take time to rest from your work and enjoy God's presence and creation. Don't overwork or neglect your health, relationships, or spiritual life. Psalm 127:2 says, "In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat—for he grants sleep to those he loves."

Praying hard and working hard are not contradictory or incompatible. They are complementary and essential for living a fruitful and fulfilling life. As you pray hard and work hard, may God bless you abundantly and use you mightily for His glory.

Hello, lovely ladies! Welcome to another day of our daily Christian devotional for women. Today, we're going to talk about how to trust God in the midst of uncertainty.

I know you all face situations that make you feel anxious, fearful, or hopeless. Maybe it's a health issue, a financial problem, a relationship conflict, or a personal struggle. Whatever it is, you may wonder where God is and why He doesn't seem to intervene.  You may doubt His goodness, His power, or His love for you.

But the truth is, God is always with you and He has a plan for your lives. He knows what you're going through and He cares about you  more than you can imagine. He promises to never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). He says that He will work all things together for our good (Romans 8:28). He assures us that He will give us peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

So how do you trust God in the midst of uncertainty? Here are some practical steps you can take:

- Pray. Talk to God about your situation and tell Him how you feel. Ask Him for wisdom, guidance, and strength. Thank Him for His presence and His promises.
- Read the Bible. Find verses that speak to your situation and meditate on them. Memorize them and repeat them to yourself when you feel anxious or fearful. Let God's word fill your mind and heart with His truth and hope.
- Worship. Sing praises to God and thank Him for who He is and what He has done. Focus on His character and His attributes. Remind yourself of His faithfulness and His sovereignty.
- Seek support. Reach out to other Christian women who can encourage you, pray for you, and share their experiences with you. Join a small group, a Bible study, or a ministry where you can find fellowship and accountability.
- Serve others. Look for opportunities to bless others who are in need or who are going through similar situations as you. Share your testimony, your resources, or your time with them. Show them God's love and grace.

These steps will help you trust God in the midst of uncertainty and experience His peace and joy in your life. Remember, God is with you always and He has a purpose for your pain. He will never let you down or disappoint you. He loves you more than you know.

I hope this devotional has blessed you today. Please share it with someone who needs it. And don't forget to subscribe to our blog for more daily Christian devotionals for women. God bless you!

Hey, everyone! Welcome back to my blog, where I share with you some tips and tricks on how to live a happier and healthier life. Today, I want to talk to you about a topic that is very important for achieving your goals: motivation and habit.

We all have dreams and aspirations, right? We all want to do something meaningful and fulfilling with our lives. But sometimes, we lack the motivation to get started or the discipline to keep going. We procrastinate, we get distracted, we lose focus. We feel like giving up.

So how do we overcome these challenges and make our dreams come true? Well, there is a famous quote that says: "Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going." And I think this quote sums up the key to success very well.

Motivation is the initial spark that ignites your desire to do something. It is the reason why you want to achieve your goal. It is the fuel that drives you forward. Motivation can come from many sources, such as inspiration, passion, curiosity, ambition, or even frustration. Motivation can be very powerful, but it can also be very fleeting. It can fade away when you face obstacles, setbacks, or boredom.

That's why you need habit. Habit is the routine that you follow every day to make progress towards your goal. It is the action that you take without thinking or questioning. It is the system that you create to automate your behavior. Habit can be very hard to form, but it can also be very hard to break. It can persist even when you lose motivation, because it becomes part of your identity.

So how do you combine motivation and habit to achieve your goals? Here are some steps that I recommend:

1) Define your goal clearly and specifically. Make sure it is something that you really want and that aligns with your values and purpose.

2) Find your motivation. Ask yourself why you want to achieve your goal. What are the benefits and rewards? What are the costs and risks of not achieving it? How will it make you feel? Write down your answers and review them regularly.

3) Break down your goal into smaller and manageable tasks. Set a deadline for each task and track your progress.

4) Create a habit around each task. Choose a time and place where you will do it every day. Make it easy and convenient for yourself. Eliminate any distractions or temptations that might interfere with your habit.

5) Reward yourself for completing each task. Celebrate your achievements and acknowledge your efforts. Give yourself some positive feedback and encouragement.

6) Repeat the process until you reach your goal.

Remember, motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going. If you follow these steps, you will be able to turn your dreams into reality.

I hope you enjoyed this blog post and found it helpful. If you did, please share it with your friends and family who might benefit from it as well. And don't forget to subscribe to my blog for more updates on how to live a happier and healthier life.

Thank you for reading and have a great day!

Here is a Christian daily devotional for motivational Monday:

"This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it." (Psalm 118:24)

Today is a new day, a fresh start. It is a day that the Lord has made, and we can choose to rejoice and be glad in it. We can choose to focus on the good things in our lives, and to be grateful for all that God has given us. We can choose to be positive and hopeful, and to believe that today will be a great day.

Let us not forget that God is with us always. He is our strength and our hope. He will never leave us or forsake us. So let us go out today with confidence and courage, knowing that God is with us.

Have a blessed Monday!

Sandusky, OH – “Now you have every spiritual gift you need as you eagerly wait for the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. He will keep you strong to the end so that you will be free from all blame on the day when our Lord Jesus Christ returns. God will do this, for he is faithful to do what he says, and he has invited you into partnership with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.” [1 Corinthians 1:7-9]

What is it that you need? We are told not only to ask but to keep on asking and we will receive that which we ask for. Doors that are closed will open because our God is a good father. Even in our worst moments, He stands ready to forgive when we look to repent. He was prepared to endure even death on a cross if it meant that reconciliation could take place. How can we not tell Him that I’m Sorry?

“The way this song came together is a testimony of God’s faithfulness.”

On August 18, 2023, iNTELLECT and Mitch Darrell collaborated with Christian Rap legend Dre Murray to release one of the duo’s most important records to date.

“From the depth of the message in everyone’s lyrics to having a legend like Dre Murray hop on the track, this is definitely one of the more special songs I have been a part of creating.” – iNTELLECT

I’m Sorry is nothing short of straightforward hip-hop in the genre’s most traditional sense.

No hook is needed as the three masters apply their craft overtop of production from Dax Hamma. The sound bites chosen in place of a chorus tie together the song’s theme as each emcee uniquely approaches its message. Not only do the vocal stylings of iNTELLECT, Mitch Darrell, and Dre Murray support one another throughout the track, but they also include just enough contrast to take I’m Sorry from being “just another song” to a true piece of art.

Every Christ follower endures seasons of struggling to balance a promised peace and ownership of the role we played in Jesus’ sacrifice. The good news is that the atonement of our sins has already taken place. We are able to move forward with confidence and truth.

I’m Sorry is a must-add to inspirational playlists. Make sure to save it now!

The Bible is full of stories and teachings about women who were wise, strong, and faithful. These women followed God's will and used their gifts and talents to serve Him and others. They are examples for us today of what it means to be a wise woman according to the Bible.

What is wisdom?

Wisdom is not just having knowledge or intelligence. Wisdom is the ability to apply God's truth to our lives and make good decisions that honor Him. Wisdom comes from God, who is the source of all wisdom (Proverbs 2:6). We can ask God for wisdom, and He will give it to us generously (James 1:5). We can also learn wisdom from His Word, which is able to make us wise for salvation and equip us for every good work (2 Timothy 3:15-17).

What are the characteristics of a wise woman?

The Bible describes many characteristics of a wise woman, but here are some of the most important ones:

- A wise woman fears the Lord. This means she respects and honors God as her Creator, Savior, and Lord. She loves Him with all her heart, soul, mind, and strength. She trusts Him and obeys His commands. She seeks His will and His glory in everything she does (Proverbs 31:30; Psalm 111:10).

- A wise woman builds her house. This means she cares for her family and her household. She is diligent, industrious, and resourceful. She provides for the needs of her loved ones and manages her affairs well. She is not lazy or wasteful, but works with her hands and makes good use of what God has given her (Proverbs 14:1; Proverbs 31:10-31).

- A wise woman speaks with wisdom and kindness. This means she uses her words to edify, encourage, and instruct others. She does not gossip, slander, or lie. She does not quarrel or nag, but speaks the truth in love. She is gentle, gracious, and respectful. She knows when to speak and when to be silent (Proverbs 31:26; Proverbs 15:1; Proverbs 10:19).

- A wise woman is a blessing to others. This means she serves God by serving others. She is generous, hospitable, and compassionate. She helps the poor, the needy, the oppressed, and the afflicted. She shares the gospel and makes disciples. She mentors younger women and teaches them how to live godly lives (Proverbs 31:20; Titus 2:3-5; Matthew 28:19-20).

Who are some wise women in the Bible?

The Bible mentions many women who were wise in different ways. Here are some of them:

- Jochebed was a wise mother who saved her son Moses from Pharaoh's decree to kill all the Hebrew baby boys. She trusted God and hid Moses in a basket by the Nile river, where he was found by Pharaoh's daughter and adopted by her (Exodus 2:1-10).

- Esther was a wise queen who risked her life to save her people from Haman's plot to destroy them. She prayed and fasted for three days before approaching King Xerxes without being summoned. She invited him and Haman to two banquets, where she revealed Haman's evil scheme and pleaded for her people's lives (Esther 4-7).

- Ruth was a wise widow who remained loyal to her mother-in-law Naomi after both their husbands died. She left her homeland of Moab and followed Naomi to Bethlehem, where she worked as a gleaner in Boaz's field. She obeyed Naomi's instructions and proposed marriage to Boaz, who was her kinsman-redeemer. She became the great-grandmother of King David and an ancestor of Jesus Christ (Ruth 1-4).

- Abigail was a wise wife who prevented a bloodshed between her foolish husband Nabal and David's men. She heard that Nabal had insulted David and refused to give him any food or water after he had protected his sheep from harm. She quickly gathered provisions and met David on his way to take revenge on Nabal. She apologized for Nabal's offense and persuaded David to spare him and his household (1 Samuel 25).

- Deborah was a wise judge who led Israel to victory over their enemies. She was a prophetess who heard from God and gave His messages to His people. She summoned Barak to lead an army against Sisera, the commander of Jabin's army, who had oppressed Israel for twenty years. She accompanied Barak to Mount Tabor, where God gave them a decisive victory over Sisera's chariots and troops (Judges 4-5).

- Mary was a wise virgin who became the mother of Jesus Christ. She was a humble and obedient servant of God who accepted His will for her life. She conceived Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit and gave birth to Him in a stable in Bethlehem. She treasured all the things that happened to her and pondered them in her heart. She followed Jesus throughout His ministry, death, and resurrection (Luke 1-2; John 19:25-27).

- Mary Magdalene was a wise disciple who followed Jesus and supported His ministry. She was delivered from seven demons by Jesus and became one of His most faithful followers. She was the last person to leave the cross and the first person to see the empty tomb. She was the first person to whom Jesus appeared after His resurrection and the first person to proclaim the good news to the other disciples (Luke 8:1-3; John 20:1-18).

How can we become wise women today?

We can become wise women today by following the examples of these women in the Bible and by applying their principles to our lives. We can also:

- Pray for wisdom every day and ask God to guide us in His ways (James 1:5; Psalm 25:4-5).

- Read and study God's Word regularly and meditate on its truths (Psalm 119:97-100; 2 Timothy 3:16-17).

- Seek godly counsel from other wise women who can teach you, correct you, and encourage you (Proverbs 12:15; Titus 2:3-5).

- Learn from your mistakes and repent when you sin (Proverbs 28:13; 1 John 1:9).

- Be humble and willing to learn from others, especially from God (Proverbs 11:2; James 4:6).

Being a wise woman is not easy, but it is rewarding. It brings honor to God, blessing to yourselves, and benefit to others.Strive to be wise women who fear the Lord and do His will.

Here is a Biblical devotion about Dream, Believe, Achieve:

In the Bible, we see many examples of people who dreamed big and achieved great things. Noah dreamed of building an ark, and he achieved it even though everyone thought he was crazy. Abraham dreamed of having a son, and he achieved it even though he was old and his wife was barren. Moses dreamed of freeing the Israelites from slavery, and he achieved it even though it took him 40 years.

What are your dreams? What do you want to achieve? God can help you achieve your dreams if you have faith in Him. He can give you the strength and courage to keep going, even when things are tough. He can also give you the wisdom and guidance you need to make your dreams a reality.

So don't give up on your dreams. Dream big, believe in yourself, and trust God to help you achieve them.

Here are some Bible verses to encourage you:

  • "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11)
  • "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." (Isaiah 40:31)
  • "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13)
  • "Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son." (John 14:13)

Wellness is a state of being healthy in body, mind and spirit. It is not just the absence of disease, but the presence of peace, joy and purpose. The Bible teaches us that God cares about our wellness and wants us to prosper and be in good health, just as our soul prospers (3 John 1:2).

According to the Bible, wellness is related to our spiritual health. When we are in a right relationship with God, we can experience His blessings and peace in our lives. We can also receive His healing and restoration for our wounds and weaknesses. The Bible says that God is the one who forms light and creates darkness, who causes well-being and creates calamity (Isaiah 45:7). He is the source of all life and health, and He has the power to heal us physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Some of the ways that the Bible teaches us to pursue wellness are:

- Seeking God's will and welfare for ourselves and others. The Bible says that we should seek the welfare of the city where we live, and pray to the Lord on its behalf; for in its welfare we will have welfare (Jeremiah 29:7). We should also pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and for those who love it (Psalm 122:6). When we seek God's kingdom and righteousness first, He will add all things to us (Matthew 6:33).

- Practicing self-control and avoiding sinful habits. The Bible says that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should honor God with them (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). We should not be enslaved by anything that harms our health or dishonors God, such as gluttony, drunkenness, sexual immorality or idolatry. We should also exercise moderation in all things, and not be excessive or wasteful (Philippians 4:5).

- Following God's wisdom and guidance for our health. The Bible says that God's word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105). It also says that His commandments are for our good, and that they will bring us length of days, years of life and peace (Proverbs 3:1-2). We should listen to God's voice and obey His instructions for our well-being. We should also seek His counsel and direction through prayer, meditation and wise counsel from others (Proverbs 3:5-6).

- Trusting God's promises and power for our healing. The Bible says that God is our strength and our shield, our healer and our deliverer (Psalm 28:7). He is the one who restores us to health and heals us of our wounds (Jeremiah 30:17). He is also the one who forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We should believe in His promises and rely on His power for our healing. We should also thank Him for His goodness and lovingkindness that follow us all the days of our lives (Psalm 23:6).

Wellness is a gift from God that we can enjoy when we follow His ways. It is also a responsibility that we have to take care of ourselves and others. By applying the biblical principles of wellness, we can live healthy, happy and holy lives that glorify God.

Hello, everyone! Welcome to another edition of Motivation for Monday, where I share some tips and tricks to help you start your week with a positive mindset and a lot of energy. Today, I want to talk about how to overcome the challenges that you may face in your personal or professional life, and how to turn them into opportunities for growth and learning.

We all know that Mondays can be hard. Sometimes, we wake up feeling tired, stressed, or overwhelmed by the tasks ahead of us. We may feel like we don't have enough time, resources, or support to achieve our goals. We may doubt ourselves and our abilities, and wonder if we are good enough or worthy enough. We may feel like giving up or avoiding the things that scare us or challenge us.

But guess what? You are not alone. Everyone goes through these feelings at some point in their lives. And everyone has the power to overcome them and turn them into something positive. How? By changing your perspective and your attitude. By choosing to see the challenges as opportunities, not as obstacles. By choosing to learn from them, not to run away from them. By choosing to grow from them, not to shrink from them.

Here are some ways you can do that:

- Start your day with gratitude. Think of three things that you are grateful for in your life, no matter how big or small they are. Write them down or say them out loud. This will help you focus on the positive aspects of your life and remind you of what really matters.

- Set realistic and specific goals for the day. Break down your tasks into manageable steps and prioritize them according to their importance and urgency. This will help you organize your time and avoid procrastination and overwhelm.

- Celebrate your achievements. No matter how small or insignificant they may seem, acknowledge and appreciate every step you take towards your goals. Give yourself a pat on the back, a smile, a compliment, or a reward. This will help you boost your confidence and motivation.

- Seek feedback and support. Don't be afraid to ask for help or advice from others who have more experience or knowledge than you. Learn from their mistakes and successes, and apply them to your own situation. Don't be afraid to share your struggles and achievements with others who care about you and support you. They will cheer you on and lift you up when you need it.

- Embrace failure as a learning opportunity. Don't let fear of failure stop you from trying new things or taking risks. Failure is not the end, but the beginning of a new journey. It is a chance to learn from your mistakes, improve your skills, and try again with more wisdom and determination.

- Be kind to yourself. Don't be too hard on yourself or compare yourself to others. You are unique and valuable, and you have something to offer to the world that no one else can. Treat yourself with respect and compassion, and take care of your physical, mental, and emotional health.

These are some of the ways you can turn your challenges into opportunities for growth and learning. Remember that you have the power to choose how you react to any situation in life. You can either let it bring you down or lift you up. You can either let it stop you or push you forward.

So, what will you choose today? I hope you choose to be positive, proactive, and productive. I hope you choose to be motivated, inspired, and empowered.

I hope you have a wonderful Monday and a great week ahead!

This is Prince Malachi signing off for now.

Hello, friends! Welcome to another motivational bible study for Monday. I hope you are all doing well and feeling blessed by God's grace. Today, I want to share with you some verses that inspire me to start the week with joy and gratitude. Let's dive in!

Psalm 118:24

This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.

What a wonderful reminder that every day is a gift from God, and we should celebrate it with thanksgiving. No matter what challenges or troubles we face, we can always find something to be happy about, because God is with us and for us. He has a plan and a purpose for our lives, and He will never leave us nor forsake us.

Philippians 4:13

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

This verse gives me so much confidence and courage to face any situation. I know that I am not alone, and that I have the power of Christ in me. He is my source of strength, wisdom, and peace. He enables me to do things that I could never do on my own. He helps me to overcome my fears, doubts, and weaknesses. He empowers me to pursue my dreams and goals, and to serve others with love.

Romans 8:28

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

This verse assures me that God is in control of everything, and that He is working for my good and His glory. Even when things seem bad or hopeless, I can trust that God has a reason and a way to turn them around for good. He is not surprised or limited by anything that happens in this world. He is sovereign and faithful, and He will fulfill His promises in His perfect timing.

These are just some of the verses that motivate me to start the week with a positive attitude and a hopeful outlook. I hope they encourage you as well, and that you will meditate on them throughout the week. Remember, God loves you, and He wants you to have a great Monday and a great week ahead. May His grace and peace be with you always. Amen!

Nomis releases "Lot 2" project

On July 10, 2020, in the height of a global pandemic, Nomis surprised his audience by releasing the "LOT" EP. Entirely produced by Burundi producer, KDaGreat, this marked the first time Nomis had ever released an album without producing any of the music himself. Focusing solely on writing, Nomis unlocked an alternative approach to his creative process, which resulted in something truly unique to the rest of his tenured catalog. Now in 2023, Nomis has called upon KDaGreat a second time to reunite their improbable pairing. With guest verses from Future Shock’s, Sojourn & Caps, to the Grammy nominated Myka 9 of Freestyle Fellowship, "LOT 2" is a sequel deeply embedded in the rich history of Hip-Hop from the Golden State. KDaGreat’s African upbringing creates a soundscape that is sonically unique, and rhythmically dense. Follow Nomis as he navigates the often tumultuous path of being a Black, Christian, Father. Though these identifiers are far from uncommon, they are spaces in which Nomis feels misrepresented. "LOT 2" is brazenly transparent, and brutally transformative. All with the goal of speaking truthfully, and helping humans to better understand their place in the world. Vapors in the wind who were created for more than self gratification.

"Feeling Good is a track that emphasizes that even when things aren't going according to our plan you should feel good knowing that God is in control. We need to know that God is controlling everything and we just need to let him work. In the bad or in the good we need to be feeling good knowing that it will work out in the end.
The track is fun, energetic, and bar filled. We pray that the song will move individuals and touch their hearts, leading them to Christ."

Proverbs 3: 5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Wisdom, Women And The Bible!

If you are interested in what the Bible says about being a wise woman, you might want to read some of the passages in the book of Proverbs, which is full of wisdom and instruction for living a godly life. Here are some of the characteristics of a wise woman according to Proverbs:

- She fears the Lord and trusts in His word (Proverbs 1:7, 31:30)
- She speaks with wisdom and kindness (Proverbs 10:31, 31:26)
- She is diligent and productive in her work (Proverbs 14:1, 31:13-19)
- She is generous and compassionate to the poor and needy (Proverbs 14:31, 31:20)
- She is prudent and careful in her decisions (Proverbs 16:16, 31:16)
- She is faithful and loyal to her husband and family (Proverbs 18:22, 31:11-12, 28)
- She is strong and dignified in her character (Proverbs 20:29, 31:25)
- She is praised and honored for her noble deeds (Proverbs 27:2, 31:28-31)

These are just some of the examples of a wise woman in the Bible. You can find more by reading the whole book of Proverbs or other books that contain stories of godly women such as Ruth, Esther, Deborah, Mary, etc. A wise woman does not need a husband or children to be praised. She will be praised and honored for her noble character and deeds. Those privileged to know her, will seek to emulate or imitate her way of life and her fear of God. Nothing given to her by God will be wasted.

If you desire to be a wise woman, or are praying for a young girl or woman in your life, this is a great list to pray through for yourself or someone else. “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom” (Psalm 111:10).

The Mediterranean diet is a popular way of eating that emphasizes whole and minimally processed foods, such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, fish, eggs, and healthy fats. It also allows moderate consumption of dairy products and wine, while limiting red meat, sweets, and processed foods. Many studies have shown that the Mediterranean diet can help prevent chronic diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers. But did you know that the Mediterranean diet also has biblical roots?

The Bible contains many references to foods that are part of the Mediterranean diet. For example, in Genesis 1:29, God gives humans permission to eat "every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it." This includes many of the plant-based foods that are staples of the Mediterranean diet, such as grains, beans, lentils, fruits, nuts, and seeds.

In Deuteronomy 8:8-9, God describes the Promised Land as "a land with wheat and barley, vines and fig trees, pomegranates, olive oil and honey; a land where bread will not be scarce and you will lack nothing." These foods are also typical of the Mediterranean diet, especially olive oil, which is used as the main source of fat instead of butter or lard.

In Ezekiel 4:9-10, God instructs the prophet Ezekiel to make bread from a mixture of wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, and spelt. This bread is rich in fiber, protein, and complex carbohydrates, which can help regulate blood sugar and cholesterol levels. It also contains a variety of nutrients and phytochemicals that can benefit health.

The Bible also mentions animal foods that are part of the Mediterranean diet. In Leviticus 11:9-12, God gives rules for eating seafood. He allows eating fish that have fins and scales, such as salmon, tuna, sardines, and anchovies. These fish are high in omega-3 fatty acids, which can reduce inflammation and lower the risk of heart disease and stroke.

In Numbers 11:31-32, God provides quail for the Israelites to eat in the desert. Quail is a type of poultry that is leaner than chicken or turkey. It is also a good source of protein and iron. Poultry is preferred over red meat in the Mediterranean diet because it contains less saturated fat and cholesterol.

The Bible also allows moderate consumption of dairy products and wine. In Judges 5:25-26, Jael offers milk to Sisera before killing him with a tent peg. Milk is a good source of calcium and vitamin D, which are important for bone health. Cheese and yogurt are also common dairy products in the Mediterranean diet.

In Psalm 104:14-15, God is praised for making "wine that gladdens human hearts." Wine is consumed in moderation in the Mediterranean diet because it contains antioxidants that can protect against oxidative stress and inflammation. However, wine should not be abused or drunk excessively because it can also cause harm.

The Mediterranean diet is not only good for physical health but also for spiritual health. It can help us honor God by taking care of our bodies as His temples (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). It can also help us enjoy His creation by eating foods that He has provided for us (1 Timothy 4:4-5). And it can help us foster fellowship with others by sharing meals with gratitude and love (Acts 2:46-47).

If you want to follow the Mediterranean diet as a way of living biblically, here are some tips to get you started:

- Eat more plant-based foods and less animal foods
- Use olive oil as your main cooking fat
- Eat fish at least twice a week
- Eat poultry instead of red meat
- Limit sweets and processed foods
- Drink wine in moderation or not at all
- Enjoy your food with family and friends

The Mediterranean diet is not only a healthy way of eating but also a biblical way of eating. It can help you improve your physical and spiritual well-being by following God's design for food.

3 Tips For Daily Motivation

Hey, happy motivation Monday! I hope you're having a great start to your week. I know sometimes it can be hard to get out of bed and face the challenges ahead, but I want to share with you some tips that help me stay motivated and positive.

First, I like to set some goals for myself every morning. They don't have to be big or complicated, just something that I can work towards and feel good about when I achieve them. For example, today my goals are to finish this blog post, work on clothing designs, and call a friend. Having these goals helps me focus on what matters and avoid distractions.

Second, I like to reward myself for my efforts. Whenever I complete a task or make progress on a goal, I give myself a little treat. It could be something simple like a cup of tea, a piece of chocolate, or a few minutes of browsing social media. These rewards make me feel happy and motivated to keep going.

Third, I like to surround myself with positive people and messages. I follow accounts that inspire me, share uplifting stories, and offer helpful advice. I also try to avoid negativity and drama as much as possible. I find that having a positive mindset makes a huge difference in how I feel and perform.

These are some of the things that work for me, but you may have your own ways of staying motivated. The important thing is to find what works for you and stick to it. Remember, you are capable of amazing things and you have the power to make your dreams come true. Don't let anyone or anything stop you from being your best self.

I hope this post gave you some motivation and inspiration for your week. Let me know in the comments what your goals are and how you plan to achieve them. And don't forget to share this post with your friends who might need a boost of motivation too. Have an awesome day!

Have you ever felt like you are missing out on God's blessings in your life? Do you wonder why others seem to have more joy, peace, and abundance than you do? If so, you might be blocking your blessings without even realizing it.

Blocking your blessings means that you are hindering God's work in your life by your own actions, attitudes, or beliefs. You are not allowing God to bless you as He desires, because you are not aligned with His will or His ways.

Some of the common ways that we block our blessings are:

- Disobedience: When we disobey God's commands or ignore His guidance, we are telling Him that we know better than He does. We are rejecting His authority and His love for us. We are also opening ourselves up to the consequences of sin, which can rob us of God's best for us.

- Unforgiveness: When we hold on to bitterness, resentment, or anger towards others, we are blocking the flow of God's grace and mercy in our lives. We are also hurting ourselves and damaging our relationships. Unforgiveness can prevent us from receiving God's forgiveness and healing.

- Fear: When we let fear dominate our thoughts and emotions, we are limiting God's power and presence in our lives. We are not trusting Him to take care of us and to provide for our needs. Fear can paralyze us from taking steps of faith and following God's plans for us.

- Pride: When we rely on our own strength, wisdom, or abilities, we are blocking God's grace and favor in our lives. We are not acknowledging our dependence on Him and our need for His help. Pride can also make us resist God's correction and instruction.

- Doubt: When we doubt God's promises, character, or goodness, we are blocking His faithfulness and provision in our lives. We are not believing that He is able to do what He says He will do. Doubt can also make us miss God's opportunities and miracles.

If you recognize any of these signs in your life, don't despair. There is hope and there is a way to unblock your blessings. The key is to repent and to surrender to God. Repent means to turn away from your sin and to turn back to God. Surrender means to give up your control and to give in to God's will.

When you repent and surrender, you are inviting God to work in your life and to bless you according to His purpose. You are opening yourself up to receive all that He has for you. You are also aligning yourself with His kingdom and His glory.

So don't block your blessings any longer. Stop doing what displeases God and start doing what pleases Him. Stop resisting God and start cooperating with Him. Stop limiting God and start trusting Him. You will be amazed at what He can do in and through you when you let Him have His way.

Aug 11, 2023 (Nashville, Tenn.) – Having recently appeared on GM3’s ‘Faith Friday’ segment and kicked off the Summer Worship Nights Tour in his hometown of Tampa, FL Dove-Award-winning and Billboard chart-topping rapper KB has unveiled his highly-anticipated fifth studio album, His Glory Alone II (Sony’s RCAI/Provident Entertainment). Today also marks the release of the single “Miracles” featuring longtime friend and former Reach Records’ labelmate, multi-Grammy winner Lecrae. The song is a re-imagined version of Maverick City Music & Elevation Worship’s hit “Million Little Miracles.”

Watch KB’s “Miracles” featuring Lecrae, off of his fifth studio album His Glory Alone II out now.

When sharing about the song, the critically acclaimed author and artist says, “We get so frustrated about what God has not done yet, that we don’t appreciate what He is doing now or has done. This strengthens our faith because it reminds us that it is the little things that He has done that are miracles. Think of those moments that should have gone differently, but they didn’t due to the hands of God touching the natural with the supernatural.”

His Glory Alone II was produced by WEARETHEGOOD, Scootie Wop and Cardec Drums and features 16 engaging tracks with various guest artists appearing throughout. Sonically, listeners will find music influences ranging from hip hop, gospel, afro-beats and soul with a few worshipful ballads in between, all infused with sounds and inspiration of  Gospel music icon Fred Hammond. To what he calls his most vulnerable album to date, the Southside Rabbi podcast host writes about his own childhood trauma, abandonment, confusion, and doubt while also sharing about the infiniteness of God.

Additionally, earlier this week it was announced that KB garnered two GMA Dove Award Nominations for “Graves (feat. Brandon Lake)” for Rap/Hip Hop Recorded Song of the Year and Short Form Music Video of the Year (Performance).
