Deuteronomy 20:4 “…for the Lord your God is he who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies, to give you the victory.”
When the odds were against you! When that divorce tore your heart out! That Dr. who said you wouldn’t live to see another Christmas! When your father didn’t acknowledge the love, he has for you! When that child or your mother died! Whew child; you made it!!!
YAWEH gave you the strength to overcome! I know it was hard and unexpected. Life has a way to knock us down but not out. I believe that YAWEH allows it to happen so that we can see where our faith is. It reflects our inner strength. Remember Jesus told us in the New Testament that He will leave a comforter. The comforter or Holy Spirit will teach and remind us of the promises of YAWEH. One of those promises is that He will not put more on us than we can bare.
We must look inside our own measure of faith that was given to us by YAWEH. It’s that faith that helps us to overcome every obstacle, detour, heartbreak, misunderstanding and\or discouragement! That is truly a blessing. So, count it all joy. Use that experience to help another person. Don’t be afraid of your testimony! And as always give YAWEH the praise, honor and glory for overcoming everything that tried to break you!
