  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 6 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb strawberries, washed
  • Additional 2 tbsp granulated sugar, for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
