The Denver Broncos have named their season-long diversity coaching internship the Marlin Briscoe Diversity Coaching Fellowship, the team announced Tuesday.

A Houston mom was shot and killed while visiting Maryland to drop off her son at the U.S. Naval Academy, police said.

Minnesota’s first Black-owned juice bar was broken into overnight, forcing it to close just days after its grand opening.

Catiesha Pierson, the owner of The Dripping Root, had to do what no small business owner wants to do on Friday, sending customers away as she focused on cleaning up after an early morning break in.

Vanessa Bryant, the widow of the late NBA star Kobe Bryant, wants Nike to explain why the Mambacita sneakers that she worked on to honor her daughter have been released without her permission.

Bryant said Thursday in an Instagram post that she was upset that the black-and-white shoes, with the names “Kobe” and “Gigi” engraved on them, were released when neither she nor her other daughters had received pairs.

Kanye West’s Sunday Service choir performs at memorial for DMX

Kanye West helped give back to DMX‘s family in a big way.


Through his Yeezy brand, West collaborated with fashion brand Balenciaga to create a T-shirt in honor of DMX, who died on April 10, just days after suffering a heart attack at his home. All of the net proceeds from the $200 shirt will go to the late rapper’s family.
