Apple’s long-rumoured move into wearable technology has finally taken place. At the firm’s first major new product launch event of 2014, the Watch has been revealed on stage by CEO Tim Cook – as an iconic “one more thing” –  alongside the brand new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus smartphone range. While the iPhone 6 has been systematically leaked over the past year, the Watch has stayed hidden from view, making the final design and spec list a genuine surprise.
