Sprint will acquire a 33% stake in Tidal, the streaming music service owned by rap mogul Jay Z, the wireless carrier announced Monday.

The deal is part of a partnership between the two companies where Sprint customers will receive exclusive content for customers who subscribe to Tidal. Sprint did not say when the acquisition would be complete.

Eager to get your hands on the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge? If you live in the U.S., the wait is almost over.

Samsung on Monday announced that the Note Edge will be available in the U.S. beginning Nov. 14, in a bid to catch some holiday shoppers.

It will be available from AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, and Best Buy.

Sprint has announced the first of many LTE smartphone offerings to compliment their new 4G LTE network. The first to make its debut, is none other than the Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
