If you love that chipotle flavor, here is a quick way to make your own creamy, spicy goodness. Use it on burgers or grilled chicken.
Ingredients
1 cup Heinz® Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Heinz® Tomato Ketchup
2 tsp. canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
1 packet (1 oz.) fajita seasoning mix
1 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 cup shredded hot pepper cheese
Preparation
- In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, mix together Mayonnaise, Ketchup, pepper and seasoning mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste if desired. Cook on high heat setting in microwave for 1 minute. In another medium bowl, mix together ground beef, cheese and 1/4 cup of sauce mixture. Shape into 4 patties.
- In a large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat, cook patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked to desired doneness. Serve hot with remaining sauce mixture.
