Eager to get your hands on the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge? If you live in the U.S., the wait is almost over.

Samsung on Monday announced that the Note Edge will be available in the U.S. beginning Nov. 14, in a bid to catch some holiday shoppers.

It will be available from AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, and Best Buy.

Announced last month at the IFA trade show, the Note Edge’s main differentiator is a 5.6-inch Super AMOLED screen that wraps around the right side of the device. The so-called “Edge” display offers quick access to email, Internet, apps, music controls, notifications, news, and more, without interrupting the content on the main screen.

You can, for instance, receive notifications on the Edge screen without disturbing a video you’re watching on the main display. Or, turn on “night clock mode” so that the time and weather glow softy along the edge, in perfect eyeshot when placed on a bedside table.
