This was the time that He pretty much stopped doing His pubic ministry and started to spend extra time with His disciples in preparation of their apostleship. He began to teach them the more spiritual things, the greater servant-leadership principles, and revealing more of the concept of fatherhood ministry.

What is this “spiritual parent” idea all about? Or even more, what is an “apostolic father (or mother)?” Is this our attempt to bring back the papal system where there is this “father” figure walking around in robes and has like 100 titles? Nope! We are NOT going to do that again! Over my dead body along with Christ’s!
The Scriptures talk much about fatherhood. But I want to talk more about I from an “artist development” relationship. What I want to talk about is how does this apply at like a record label? Usually this role of artist development is brought to the table by of course the A&R, which means Artists & Repertoire.
