Mitt Romney came to the beach here Sunday for the start of a flag football game between his staff and members of the traveling press, as President Barack Obama extended an invitation to Washington Redskins star Robert Griffin III for a game at the White House.

Lionsgate to Distribute Tyler Perry's Next Project 'Single Moms Club'

Tyler Perry, who headlines this week's Alex Cross, will next write, produce, direct and star in the original drama Single Moms Club. Variety reports that Lionsgate has come aboard to distribute the film.

The film will follow four single mothers who, after an incident at their children's school, form a support group with one another.

Perry, whose directorial output for 2012 has already included Good Deeds andMadea's Witness Protection, will next release The Marriage Counselor on February 29

Gabby Douglas, the Olympic all-around champion, has won the Sportswoman of the Year honors from the Women's Sports Foundation.
