This afternoon I stood in amazement at the spectacle I witnessed outside of my apartment door. It was surely a seen that I can't honestly recall seeing before. It was the battle between a big black ant and a small spider. The small spider was winning as it had captured the ant; the ant looked all but defenseless as it was stuck in the web fending for its life.
