Are you trustworthy?
Risk takers willing get involved. As a result, they give freely of themselves with full intentions of going all the way in commitment. Friends trust them; confident that they’ll be there when needed most.
Why do we put limits on our trust in God?
The Father went as far as sacrificing His only Son. Certainly, there’s no doubt in the depth in Jesus' love for us. He left heaven to bear the shame of Calvary's cross.
Why do we hesitate?
We can go all the way in our trust of the Trinity. The Holy Spirit motivates us to go all the way; giving us a desire to never stray.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart
And do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He will make your paths straight.
Do not be wise in your own eyes;
Fear the Lord and turn away from evil.
It will be healing to your body
And refreshment to your bones (Proverbs 3:5-8 NASB).”
Our trust is not misplaced; the LORD is trustworthy.
He alone is worthy of trust, worship and praise!
