The Bible is regarded as the very Word of God. It teaches us every necessary knowledge that a man needs for existence and fulfilment of purpose. In it are the words from God inspired within the thoughts of men for the understanding of both the inspired and the man who needs the released word. Many of these words were revelations, some were instructions, some others are details of the experiences of men captured for the emancipation of the mind of the present-day man. Whether for a man or a people, every word detailed in the Bible is for man to learn and gain direction.
At the very beginning of the compilation of the scripture which we also call the Bible, we are told of how the Lord formed what we know to be our existence – the things that we can see, feel, touch and perhaps describe – our immediate environment. This was at the beginning of times when nothing was in existence, all that we could detail of that period was voidness. God began to create and time itself, the marker for every and anything around us was made and laid within existence. Life was made, everything that exists to make our survival possible was created; needless to say that the conditions responsible for the end of life were also put in motion.
God did not struggle to keep existence running, He did not find it difficult to cause that all things will work out as He thought. It only took the setting up of laws and principles to keep the initial plan of God active within the earth. Everything that was made simply worked out; no struggles, no delay, no compromise. The Lord did not need to be actively present for His plan to work out within the earth. At this time, we understand from the study that there was a god asides from God that ruled within the earth realm and he did that also by setting a system in motion – the world system.
In the plan of God, a man had to go through different situations for different reasons. Some are the normal order that God planned out for the man while sometimes, the experiences of a man are merely repercussions of his actions. Whichever way a man comes about his experiences, they were never designed nor permitted to kill the man nor to stop him from fulfilling the purpose God created him for. When those experiences are ordered by the world system, it then aims to achieve the opposite – inhibit man from reaching the goal of God.
The experiences of man at different intervals or periods are what is described as a man’s situation. So, when a man experiences certain events and occurrences, we say it is the man’s situation at the time.
