  • 2 Large Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Chipotle Tilapia fish taco's with a cilantro, and mango chutney, with a chipotle aioli, served with black beans and rice. I used to make this dish at my last place of employment. 5 Minute Cotton Candy Fudge

A much needed dessert: 5 minute cotton candy fudge.

  1. Tear 2-3 cups of cotton candy into little pieces and set aside.
  2. Place condensed milk and chocolate chips in a microwaveable bowl.
  3. Microwave on 70% power for 90 seconds, stir and continue to heat on 70% power until chocolate is almost melted.
  4. Stir until smooth, add in Cotton Candy flavoring
  5. Pour into a foil lined 8×8 pan.
  6. Immediately top with torn cotton candy. Allow to cool completely, cut into small squares and enjoy!
