Yahoo Mail users, we have some bad news: It’s time to change your e-mail password.

In a company blog post Thursday night, Yahoo revealed that a number of users’ passwords and usernames were exposed to cyber-attackers who used malicious computer software to gain access to lists of Yahoo Mail credentials.

The information was likely collected from a third-party database, Jay Rossiter, Yahoo’s senior vice president of platforms and personalization products, wrote in the posting.

Motorola Moto G top front macro

After a scant 29 months, the love affair between Google and Motorola has ended. On August 15, 2011, Google announced its intent to acquire Motorola Mobility for $12.5 billion. Today, itannounced its intent to sell it to Lenovo for $2.91 billion. Yes, Google wanted Moto out so badly it took a $7+ billion hit to be free.

As a part of the separation, Google will retain all of Motorola’s stuff (it’s patents) and Lenovo has promised to take on Motorola’s name when they wed.

This Sunday is all about Super Bowl XLV, with the Pittsburgh Steelers going against the Green Bay Packers. As Super Bowl fans would be all excited, so are Android fans. Motorola is planning to air an ad for the world’s first Android OS 3.0 (Honeycomb) powered tablet, their XOOM, during the game.
