Former Subway Spokesman Jared Fogle Pleads Guilty to Having Sex with Minors and Child Pornography Charges on 14 Victims; Could Face Up to 12 Years in Prison

Former Subway restaurant pitchman Jared Fogle appeared in court Wednesday on charges of having had sex with minors and distributing and receiving child pornography, according to a plea agreement released by the U.S. Attorney of the Southern District of Indiana.

In a court appearance Wednesday in Indianapolis, that lasted less than 15 minutes, Fogle, who is expected to plead guilty, was advised of his rights and placed on home detention. He will be monitored by GPS.
