Many Christians celebrate Halloween. Some churches and pastors even do. I recently saw a church advertising they were having a Zombie Run. Seriously? God’s House? This pastor does not celebrate Halloween and neither does her church.

There is approximately 488 verses in the bible on faith. There is also approximately 438 verses in the bible on fear. So with their being 50 more verses in the bible on faith versus fear, we already know that the Devil is defeated. So, let's examine this a little closer. As I have always stated and as it is written in the book of Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
Everyday faith is the confidence and the ability to know that in spite of it all, God has my back. Everyday faith is as much a walk with God as it is to be an example to your neighbors of what a Christ like life is supposes to look like. Everyday faith takes more work than every day fear. Fear is all around us, but true faith is only represented by the few. It takes some lights being turned off, some bills to become due and some gnashing of the teeth to truly understand how everyday faith works.
