When I wrote earlier this week that, for NFL teams in Indianapolis, the elephant in the roomwhen interviewing linebacker Manti Te'o's was his sexuality, some thought that I was speculating on his sexuality or doing anything other than passing along the information I was given:  Teams want to know if Te'o is gay.

Sho Baraka “Nicodemus (feat. Diamone)” (MP3)

“This song is a metaphoric representation of Jesus’ encounter with the Pharisee Nicodemus. It explains that we are all unrighteous when compared to the surpassing glory or our LORD and Savior. Often times we understand concepts of truth but we still need GOD’s grace to understand it. I believe but help my unbelief.” – Sho Baraka

Was Jesus Really Human?

7936053469?profile=originalWas Jesus Really Human?
by Tope Olawumi

Many people, including some professing Christians find it difficult to accept the facts that Jesus was human when He was here on earth. They have always believed that Jesus is God and that He came as God and that was why He cannot sin, nor be defeated by the devil.

This is a serious fault, for our faith in Christ is hooked upon the humanity of Christ. If Christ is not human it will be impossible for Him to adequately save us in the way He did. For Him to q

A judge sentenced a member of gospel music's Winans family to nearly 14 years in prison Wednesday for an $8 million financial scam that was promoted in church pulpits.
Two of Michael Winans Jr.'s victims spoke in federal court, telling a judge that the scheme to sell Saudi Arabian oil bonds robbed some people of their life savings, caused divorces and fractured many families.
"I want to apologize to everyone. ... These were decisions that were negligent and irresponsible," said Winans, of Jes

A new exhibit at New York's Museum of Biblical Art makes one point clear and inescapable: Biblical narratives and imagery have been an underlining constant in the life of African-American Christians.
From the days of slavery onward, "African-Americans felt the Bible was a powerful tool that established their quest for freedom and identity amidst the madness

RapGenius has posted the entire King James Bible. Because according to its founder Mahbod Moghadam, "the Bible is hip hop." Sure, yeah, why not?
After you look up the lyrics to Drake's "Started from the Bottom," you can take a stroll through any book from Genesis all the way to Revelation. It's weird, but also kind of cool because you can search through the good book for cross references to songs and other pieces of pop culture.
Of course, there are plenty of non-hip hop entrieson RapGenius, w

The president is sending a good message when he hangs out with high-profile members of the African American community.
Just this past Sunday The New York Post's Phil Mushnick penned a rather self-righteous article condemning President Barack Obama's highly visible friendship with the rapper Jay-Z.

Be Fair: Believe in fair play and practise fair game. This is usually called The Golden Rule and found in Matthew 7:12 it advises “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. This means if you want to be respected you must be ready to respect others, if you don’t want people to gossip about you, don’t gossip about others, if you want people to be good to you, be ready to be nice and kind to them as well. Always practise thinking about the other person and be unse

SERVICE OR RELATIONSHIP
BY : GODWIN LUBA

What does God really require most from us as Christians; service or relationship ?. This is a mind searching question which I believe many has never reflected on. But this is an issue of concern for all and sundry in the body of Christ.

In the beginning of creation, God did not create servants or errand boys who will be at his beck and call, carrying out all sort of activities for him. God said "Let us make man in our own image...". It is never, "let us

Dr. Robert Jeffress, senior pastor at the First Baptist Church of Dallas says God has used the Tebow speaking controversy as a springboard for spreading the Gospel.
Pastor Jeffress came under fire for his traditional evangelical stance after it was announced that the openly-Christian NFL quarterback Tim Tebow would speak at the grand opening of the new campus for the Dallas megachurch on April 28.
Both Jeffress and Tebow received pressure from national media outlets and sports commentators fo

Daily Devotional: Unlike the Rest

Unlike the Rest
by Pam Ford Davis

Joseph, trudging through crowded Jerusalem streets, led Mary and their male child to the temple. Sounds of bleating sheep vied for their attention. In obedience to God's laws of dedication and purification, they brought Jesus to the temple. They offered up sacrifices of turtledoves or pigeons to their God, Yahweh. Simeon, a worshiper in the temple, routinely witnessed ritualistic dedication ceremonies. He soon realized Jesus was unlike all other children.

By Chris Alix For Christian Gamers Review

Hey guys Chris here for Christian Gamers. While we are on the verge of another page turning in video game history with the release of the PS4 and Xbox 720 this coming holiday season. Some of you might be wondering what games are going to be good to play or worth checking out this final year. Well this game is not that type of game. IGN gave it a 4.5/10 and I agree. There is no need to get into the pros and cons of this game. It is horrible. The graphics

zopoWhether or not you agree that the megapixels on your phone’s camera are important, it’s impossible to argue that most people do want a phone capable of taking stellar photos. Our phones do tend to be most people’s primary camera, after all. So each manufacturer continually does what it can to one-up the competition. But most are still struggling to really beef up the megapixel number. Even the iPhone, a leader in the phone industry, only boasts an 8-megapixel camera.
