Columbus Ohio native Taelor Gray grew up in a household filled with gospel and soul tunes. The Winans' song, "It's Time", was one of Taelor's first experience with rap music. Over the years Taelor developed a love for the sounds of Rawkus Records artists, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Pharaoh Monche, and Common. Leaving behind his young hobbies of action figures, video games, and comics, Taelor began to focus on his music aspirations. At age 14, Taelor's love for rap became personal, developing his own style, he began to rap. A few years later, Taelor, his brother Christon, and James Hazley went on to develop a group called the Elevationists. The group regularly traveled and performed from 2006 to 2009.

A still of Monica Rambeau from Captain Marvel.
 Marvel Studios

This post contains spoilers regarding the plot of Captain Marvel.

When Carol Danvers, a.k.a. Captain Marvel, returns to Earth in next month’s Avengers: Endgame, she’ll be coming back to a different world, in part because it’ll be 23 years older than when she left it in 1995.

The pager she amps up in the movie Captain Marvel will look clunkily out of place. The internet will (thankfully) be much faster. She’ll no longer have to rely on CD-ROMs, pay phones, or maps to point her where she needs to go.

But, most importantly, the people will be different too.

The title of the first cut on this double CD could describe the project in one word, "Unique." Recording veterans, Sackcloth Fashion put together the basic beats for the whole record and then recruited the best in today's hip hop talent to come into the studio and rap over the rough tracks. The acts picked from the assorted music tracks already laid down by Sackcloth Fashion, then wrote and performed their own rhymes. The pair of brothers that is Sackcloth Fashion took those studio tapes and made the final songs, including
the breaks and changes. As far as we know, this is a project like no other. Read More Here

Shut Off Comparison

I first got into fitness in college and then REALLY got into it after my first child. I was the fittest I’ve ever been six months postpartum. The problem? It wasn’t good enough. As life moved us and I had another baby, my body changed again. My time was more constrained. And while I take care of my diet and move my body almost daily, that voice in my head is still speaking: That’s not enough.

HOW TO SHOW LOVE TO YOUR HUSBAND THROUGHOUT THE DAY

Being intentional about showing love to your husband does not have to be something else to add to your to-do list or another task to overwhelm you in all your existing busyness. Instead, it can be as simple as walking throughout a typical day for your husband and doing little things here and there to show him how much you love him.

THINGS we found along the way

avengers-endgame-poster-top-half.jpg?quality=98&strip=all

The runtime for Avengers: Endgame hit the AMC Theatres website as well as IMDb on Monday, and all we can say is prepare yourself -- this one is going to be a doozy. At 3 hours and 2 minutes, Endgame will definitely be the longest installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

There had been chatter even before now that this would be the case, and it seems like the speculation was on point. For comparison, Avengers: Infinity War had a runtime of 2 hours and 29 minutes, while Avengers: Age of Ultron came a few minutes shy of that, at 2 hours and 21 minutes.

Rob Gronkowski made huge news on Sunday when he announced his retirement from the NFL in a heartfelt Instagram post, but could he make a comeback at some point? According to Peter King of NBC Sports, Gronk’s agent Drew Rosenhaus “said it wouldn’t shock him if Gronkowski decided to come back sometime in 2019.” For what it’s worth, Gronk had already signed on with a movie and television production company before Super Bowl LIII, per Mike Garafolo of NFL Network. We also know that Gronkowski had been pondering retirement for at least a full year before he ultimately made the call to hang up his cleats. So, at least for now, it seems like he’s set on moving on with his life outside of football. Yet, it’s pretty telling that his agent is opening wondering if Gronk, who is already a shoo-in Hall of Famer, will get the itch to return to the game within this calendar year.
