During the 1999-2000 NBA season, newly-traded Charlotte Hornets star Eddie Jones was in a transitional period; Brand Jordan was Jordan-less after MJ’s second short-lived retirement, and Jones himself was getting used to the new squad after that infamous 1998-99 league lockout resulted in him being traded from the L.A. Lakers. Throughout it all, the NBA All-Star had something special to keep him moving forward on the court: his unofficial signature sneaker, the Jumpman Swift 6. Now, the shoe is finally making its first-ever retro return for 2019 as the newly-rebranded Jordan Jumpman Swift.

The shoe notably bore a resemblance to the Air Jordan 15, Jordan’s first post-retirement signature shoe released around the same time, and even included Jones’ “ej” logo.
