“And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: for God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.” (Genesis 3:4-6, King James Version).

 

The serpent told the Woman, “You won’t die. God knows that the moment you eat from that tree, you’ll see what’s really going on. You’ll be just like God, knowing everything, ranging all the way from good to evil.” When the Woman saw that the tree looked like good eating and realized what she would get out of it—she’d know everything!—she took and ate the fruit and then gave some to her husband, and he ate.” (Genesis 3:4-6, The Message).

 

 

We are back with part 2 concerning the bad employee and the bad customer, which was a two-sided coin. Let’s continue and see what happens in the work place with these two situations starting with the bad employee this time.

 

The Bad Employee is a Talebearer

Do you have people in your office or place of business that goes all over the place telling secrets, gossiping, speaking negative stories behind peoples’ (especially the bosses) back, or just talks too much (concerning confidential information)? FIRE THEM RIGHT NOW! Some places give them a warning and then fire them. Well you can try that too. But after that first warning FIRE THEM if they do it again. This will burn your business to the ground!
