The media mogul joined four OWN executives on the patio at chef Scott Conant's Beverly Hills hotspot and enjoyed a five-course meal.

Winfrey was overheard saying, "I wish I could green-light everything."

Spies said a passerby then approached, pleading, "Oprah, can you help a homeless guy get a bowl of soup, please?"

She responded, "Please, can we get him some money, get him a meal."

The homeless guy introduced himself as Eddie, and Oprah said, "God bless you, Eddie."

One of her companions handed him a wad of cash, and staff brought him a feast.
