“To me black women embody everything right with the world. I was raised by black women, I married a black woman and some of my best friends are black women. I love black women because they are strong, caring and always know when to inject humor into the most trying situations. There is a sense of calm that black women have that I’ve always strived to obtain.”

“Why do I love black women? What is there NOT to love? A couple of sentences won’t do justice as to why I love black women, but I’ll try my best to be brief. From my grandmothers, mother, aunts and sisters in Christ, I was able to experience the beauty of unconditional love looks like from a black woman in the most beautiful, pure form. I’m talking about picking you up when you’re down, getting you on track when you’re off – getting you right when you’re wrong. It is the mental and emotional stability that a virtuous black woman can provide for a black man in an unkind world that is unique to a black woman. In a black woman I see what God meant when he said “It is not good for the man to be alone” and I am eternally grateful for that because through that very blessing I am married to a strong, beautiful black woman. I show my appreciation through the way that I love and adore her.”

My entire experience and understanding of true love comes from her first.I love a Black Woman’s resilience, her commitment, and determination. “I love black women because my first experience of love was through a black woman. The love my mother showed me was a love she showed any and everyone including my father. Whether or not they were deserving of it , that did not stop her from loving wholly and fully despite the tolls of life. That is only a strength and love that can come from a black woman.
