Reach the World

Jesus said,

“All power [Gk: '(in the sense of ability). Privilege, i.e. (subjectively) force, capacity, competency, freedom, or (objectively) mastery (concretely magistrate, superhuman, potentate, token of control), delegated influence:--authority, jurisdiction, liberty, power, right, strength'] is given unto Me [Jesus] in heaven [in the realm of the spirit] and in earth [in the realm of the physical]. Go [Gk: 'To traverse, i.e. travel (literally or figuratively):--depart, go (away, forth, one's way, up), (make a, take a) journey, walk.' As you are GOING] ye [all of you] therefore [for THIS reason], and teach [Gk: 'Intransitive to become a pupil; transitive to disciple, i.e. enroll as scholar:--be disciple, instruct, teach.' make disciples OF] all nations [all non-believers'], baptizing them [with the SPIRIT of FIRE unto Christ's death into the Body of Christ (Rom. 6:3-4; 1 Cor. 12:12-14; & Acts 19:1-6a)] in the name [authority] of the Father, and of the [character and anointing of the] Son, and of the [power of the] Holy Spirit [into the FAMILY of God]: teaching [Gk: 'We are "judged" by God, and the vehicle that God uses to do this judging is "chastening." In other words, we are "judged" by God by being "trained up" like a child, by being "educated," by "discipline" involving "punishment," "instructed," by which we "learn," and all these "teach" us WHAT WE SHOULD BE.'] them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end [Gk: 'Entire completion, i.e. consummation (of a dispensation):--end, ingathering of the fall harvest of souls at the Second Resurrection of the unjust'] of the world [Gk: 'age, eon']. Amen.” (Matthew 28:18-20).

The Apostle Paul said,

“To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles [non-believers]; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: Whom we preach [Gk: 'To proclaim, promulgate (broadcast, propagate, spread, disseminate, circulate, transmit, publicize):--declare, preach, show, speak of, teach'], warning [Gk: 'To put in mind, i.e. (implication) to caution or reprove gently:--admonish, warn'] EVERY MAN [HUMAN BEING], and teaching [discipling] EVERY MAN in all [spiritual, higher] wisdom; that we may present [Gk: 'To stand beside, i.e. (transitive) to exhibit, proffer, (specifically) recommend, (figuratively) substantiate; or (intransitive) to be at hand (or ready), aid:--assist, bring before, command, commend, give presently, present, prove, provide, show, stand (before, by, here, up, with), yield'] EVERY MAN perfect [Gk: 'Complete (in various applications of labor, growth, mental and moral character, etc.):--of full age, man, perfect, manifesting spiritual fruit'] in Christ Jesus: Whereunto I also labor [Gk: 'to feel fatigue; by implication to work hard:—(bestow) labor, toil, be wearied'], striving [Gk: 'To struggle, literally (to compete for a prize), figuratively (to contend with an adversary), or generally (to endeavor to accomplish something):--fight, labor fervently, strive'] according to His [GOD'S] working [Gk: 'Efficiency ("energy"):--Operation, strong, (effectual) working'], which worketh [Gk: 'To be active, efficient:--do, (be) effectual (fervent), be mighty in, show forth self, work (effectually in)'] in me mightily [Gk: 'Force (literal or figurative); specifically miraculous power (usually implication a miracle itself):--ability, abundance, meaning, might, mightily, mighty, mighty deed, (worker of) miracle, worker of miracles, power, strength, violence, might (wonderful) work'].” (Colossians 1:27-29).

Paul wrote later to Timothy and Titus and told them to do the same thing. He said, “Find capable men and give to them what I have given you. Pass it down.”

“And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou [Gk: 'To place alongside, i.e. present (food, truth); implication to deposit (as a trust or for protection):--allege, commend, commit (the keeping of), put forth, set before'] to

[1] FAITHFUL [Gk: 'Objectively trustworthy; subjectively trustful:--believe, believing, believer, faithful, faithfully, sure, true'] men, who shall be

[2] ABLE [Gk: 'Competent (as if coming in season), i.e. ample (in amount) or fit (in character):--able, + content, enough, good, great, large, long (while), many, meet, much, security, sore, sufficient, worthy'] to

[3] TEACH [Gk: '(to learn). To teach (in the same broad application):--teach. To train up a child, i.e. educate, or (by implication) discipline (by punishment):--chasten, chastise, instruct, learn, teach'] others also.” (2nd Timothy 2:2, KJV).

I call these people F.A.T. men and women of God!

The shepherds pass what has been given to them down to the sheep. It goes all the way down to the bottom. That is God’s order–the highest authority being delegated and passed down. As that authority is passed down, people begin to rise up in levels of authority.
