This herb contains fiber so it is great for gut health and is a natural diuretic. Some studies show that parsley successfully cleanses the body of toxic substances, especially good for ejecting mercury from the body.

In addition to parsley, this beverage is also rich in many other medicinal foods, such as coriander, turmeric, cucumber, and ginger. Coriander is a natural antioxidant and rich in vitamins and minerals. It helps with detoxification, improves digestion, prevents insomnia, reduces anxiety and prevents Alzheimer’s disease.

Ginger is great at fighting inflammation, indigestion, and nausea, and turmeric helps with bloating and gas. Together, these ingredients are an excellent mix of natural remedies that prevent chronic diseases and have anticancer effects.
